Applications Being Accepted for Windsor Essex County Environment Committee

Are you interested in volunteering to sit on the Windsor Essex County Environment Committee (WECEC)?  They are currently looking for committed individuals with a passion for the environment to serve on WECEC from 2015 to 2018.  WECEC is a volunteer, joint Committee of the City of Windsor and County of Essex working to protect and enhance the quality of the environment for residents in the region.

They meet once a month and attend several events throughout the year. Other commitments include either participating in the Pat on the Back Awards, Green Speaker Series, or helping out with environmental campaigns.

Residents of the County of Essex with environmental expertise and interested in serving on WECEC are encouraged to apply by the deadline of January 30th, 2015.  Application forms must be completed and submitted to the City of Windsor.
