Become a Personal Disaster Assistance Responder

Make a difference by responding to disasters in your community. The Canadian Red Cross is seeking volunteers to join our team in the Windsor and Essex County area.

The Red Cross provides assistance following emergencies like house fires and floods. We help to ensure that individuals and families have a warm, safe place to stay, clothing, food and other basic necessities. 

Volunteers are provided with all of the training required for responding to emergencies and educating Canadians about disaster preparedness.
