County Moving to New Report a Problem Platform

The County of Essex will be moving to a new, online platform for residents to report road-related issues starting on May 28.

Residents can continue reporting problems related to roads, trails, ditches, traffic signals or other traffic-related issues using the form on our Report a Problem page at www.countyofessex.ca/reportaproblem.  Following the switchover on May 28, the new platform will be accessible using that same link.

Residents can also call our 24-hour line at 519-326-8691 to report issues with the County road network.

The new platform will allow users to log in or to submit their issues as a guest without logging in, and it will allow logged-in users to track the status of their submissions.

There will be improved functionality with the new Report a Problem portal and a streamlined user experience.

The County will push out additional notifications on our website and social media when the new platform is live on May 28.
