County of Essex Appoints New Chief of Essex-Windsor EMS

The County of Essex is pleased to announce the appointment of Bruce Krauter as Chief, Essex-Windsor Emergency Medical Services. Mr. Krauter has served as the Acting Chief of Essex-Windsor EMS since late February, 2014. Mr. Krauter brings 32 years of EMS experience to the Chief’s position, beginning his career as a primary care paramedic in Essex-Windsor, holding progressively senior managerial roles with the former Sun Parlor EMS, Essex and Chatham-Kent Branches and most recently serving as Deputy Chief, Professional Standards at Essex-Windsor EMS. Mr. Krauter will commence his position as the permanent Chief immediately.
