Earth Day 2021 – Virtual Scavenger Hunt – April 12 to 25

The Windsor-Essex Earth Day Committee would like to welcome you to the very first virtual Earth Day! Since we’re unable to host a physical event this year, we’ve teamed up with GooseChase to present a virtual Earth Day scavenger hunt!

GooseChase is an app that combines the tried-and-true scavenger hunt with the latest in smartphone technology to create one of the most exciting activities out there. You can complete over 50 environmental missions (submit videos, take photos, find clues, solve puzzles and riddles, and more). Participants can collect points, track other competitors, achieve “green” glory and win prizes! Compete against your kids, parents, friends, and neighbours – it’s lots of fun for all ages!

Instructions:

1. Download the free GooseChase App via Google Play or the App Store (Apple).
2. Install app.
3. Open app.
4. Click “Play As A Guest.”
5. Enter game code 7D861J.
6. Click “Join Game.”
7. Create a player name.
8. Join Windsor-Essex Virtual Earth Day 2021
9. Pick missions and have fun!
