Essex County Construction and Road Closures Update – June 9, 2022

County Road 23 will be closed (bridge out) between County Road 20 and County Road 50 from Feb. 8 to July 22 for bridge rehabilitation.

County Road 8 will have lane restrictions between County Road 15 and County Road 19 from June 9 to June 17 for road construction.

County Road 20 (Front Road) will have lane restrictions between the Turkey Creek Bridge and the Essex Terminal Railway from June 13 to June 17 for road construction.

County Road 16 (Alma Street) will have lane restrictions between County Road 20 and Tofflemire Court from June 13 to June 24 for road construction.

County Road 46 will have lane restrictions from between County Road 31 and Rochester Townline from June 13 to June 17 for road construction.

Please exercise patience with the line painting operations. Be prepared to drive slowly and do not drive over the wet paint to prevent damage to your vehicle.
