Essex County Construction and Road Closures Update – March 20, 2024

The intersection of County Road 9 and County Road 10 remains closed for bridge rehabilitation work. Please follow the posted detour. Ice on the Canard River at this location is not safe for snowmobile or foot traffic. Please avoid the area. (Map ID#1)

County Road 50 is closed between County Road 13 (Erie Road) and Klies Beach Road for culvert replacement beginning March 11 for approximately 11 weeks. (Map ID#2) All businesses remain open during construction. The map below shows the posted detour.
