Applications, Permits and Fees

Before you build a driveway from the road onto your property, you will need to get an entrance permit. Any modifications including repaving, relocating or altering any driveway requires an Entrance and Misc. permit that is issued from the Infrastructure and Planning Service department.

Any changes to existing buildings or structures, or the construction of new buildings or structures will require a setback approval and a Building and Structure Setback permit.
