The County of Essex manages or helps fund a wide range of social services.
Residential Services Homes Program
This program helps find affordable housing for low-income adults who need help with daily living. Eleven homes provide housing to more than 200 people in need.
Homelessness Hub
The Essex County Homelessness Hub is a drop-in program designed to meet the needs of individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless.
