Sun Parlor Long-Term Care Home
Sun Parlor Home offers resident-focused long-term care with an emphasis on life enrichment activities. We have been operating in sun-kissed Leamington for more than a century. Our highly trained team provides comfort and compassionate care. We are responsive to our residents’ needs and are constantly innovating and improving our services.
Our home is situated on a sprawling 23-acre wooded lot not far from downtown Leamington. Our specious rooms overlook the rolling, forested grounds. We have a large outdoor courtyard with a shady gazebo, patio furniture and a walking path. Our Garden View Cafe, where residents can get coffee, tea and filtered water at any time, has a view of the courtyard and the wooded grounds beyond.

Sun Parlor Home is a not-for-profit, municipally owned and subsidized long-term care home with 206 licensed beds, in private or semi-private rooms. We offer 24-hour professional nursing care complemented by cutting-edge equipment and a wide range of life enrichment activities.
For more than 100 years, Sun Parlor Home has provided quality, long-term care to Essex County residents. Its mission is “to be an inspirational home for all people within our changing community that is compassionate, innovative and fosters purpose and dignity."
