Sun Parlor Home offers a user-friendly admission procedure.

Fees

As of July 1, 2024, these are the charges for accommodation:

*Rates are subject to change and are set by the Ministry of Long-Term Care. Residents/families will be notified in advance in writing.

Reduction in basic accommodation charge

All residents of Sun Parlor Home pay an accommodation fee. The fee is set by the Province of Ontario.

A resident may seek a reduction based on their income level:

• The actual level of income will determine the rate to be paid.
• The latest available Revenue Canada Notice of Assessment and completion of an application form will be required to establish this rate.
